I have tried and tried and tried and tried and tried to love these, but they are horrible. The texture and shine of the hair is just unrealistic. I washed the hair and followed all instructions, and in all honesty I swear this is synthetic hair and not human hair. I cannot get the heat to straighten out the hair. I would not recommend these at all!
