I have purchased and worn luxy hair extensions before and they are fantastic but what’s been most important about this current experience is the customer experience with Kerry on their social team. She was amazing, so responsive and was quick to pivot and make a special exception for me when DHL ran into some issues- they are on a labour strike and when we realized I may not get my extensions in time for my brothers wedding, Kerry was so responsive and ensured I get priority shipping on a new set so I would be sure to receive them by wedding time. I cannot say enough how good the extensions are but what’s most important is this AMAZING customer service. Thank you Kerry and team!!! Xo
