If I would give you guys zero stars I would. I have been a customer of Luxy for over 8 years and have spent thousands of dollars on extensions. The color I picked looks nothing like the sample once I opened it or the photo on the website and your company is refusing to let me do an exchange. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The color is horrendous and your team is refusing to accommodate me.
