Do not give this company any of your money as they are completely incompetent. I cancelled my insurance on the 12 April which was due for renewal on the 16th. I received an email confirming the cancellation. They have now taken payment for another year. Although they say they are refunding it this doesn't help when it will not come back to me before the credit card bill is due. Competely joke of a company.
