PRODUCT EVENTUALLY RECEIVEDI experienced difficulty getting this product from the supplier. I was informed that the courier company had received the physical product even though a tracking number had been issued. I emailed the customer support team several times and received no response. Eventually I emailed from a different email address and did receive a reply and they agreed to re-ship the product to me as a gesture of goodwill. It does seem odd that there are multiple accounts of other customers having the same issue over a period of time. I suggest buying any product from this company on your credit card so you can dispute the charge if it doesn't arrive. I did get my order in the end but it took well over a month to sort it out with the company.
