Review Time
Took my money never received order only excuses about shipping being the issue. I buy supplements from various sellers worldwide and have never seen issues as big as this. I am very certain it is the company's inability to properly use and deal with international shippers like dhl etc. To make matters worse, after i brought up the issue they promised to ship a new shipment and asked me to verify my address for the shipment. I verified my address and then was ignored. I opened a new ticket, and then another one. any ticket on the same email is ignored, i then opened a ticket on a different email, received a response, and once i gave my order number was ignored again.
The initial Tracking number they gave me showed the package didnt even leave the logistics facility. I believe this was an error with the way lvluphealth writes addresses with DHL. I've DHL dozens of times with dozens of vendors and have never had this issue.
Avoid This company at all costs.
expensive supplements, doesn't take responsibility for shipping issues, and then to make matters worse completely ignores you. At the very least they could reply and give me a small discount towards my next order, but not even that, and they can't even keep their promise to send me another order.
After reading some poor reviews I was a bit skeptical about buying from the company. I had been recommended the hormone balance product and told it’s a great product so I took the chance. The Customer service team has been very quick and helpful with replying to my emails.
Excellent service and understanding of my needs.I had a hip replacement 3 months ago. I have been told about Peptides for help with healing but I did not know where to start. I reached out to customer support and they helped immensely. My order did take longer than I thought it would, but I didn't realise at the time that it can take longer when coming from overseas.When I asked the team for clarification on this, they were more than happy to assist and explain the situation. I just needed to be patient :)

PRODUCT EVENTUALLY RECEIVEDI experienced difficulty getting this product from the supplier. I was informed that the courier company had received the physical product even though a tracking number had been issued. I emailed the customer support team several times and received no response. Eventually I emailed from a different email address and did receive a reply and they agreed to re-ship the product to me as a gesture of goodwill. It does seem odd that there are multiple accounts of other customers having the same issue over a period of time. I suggest buying any product from this company on your credit card so you can dispute the charge if it doesn't arrive. I did get my order in the end but it took well over a month to sort it out with the company.
The 3 stars is benefit of the doubt that the actual product turns out to be good (not even excellent, this is how low the bar is). Three weeks on no sign of it. I should have read the reviews before ordering and paying USD25 Shipping to later be told that in their terms and conditions (you know we all go read the fine print) that they use regular postal service. Meanwhile I order things from the USA all the time, for less money than this (expensive product) often dont pay delivery and still get it in 3-5 days through DHL/UPS etc. Anyway, here's the fun part, it has landed supposedly with our crap local postal service and they are charging me an additional USD15 for DELIVERY - NOT DUTIES - DELIVERY. So USD40 and 3 weeks on.. Its hard to appreciate a product when the product service is so poor. I understand scaling companies sometimes take time to figure things out, but transparency with customers is key if you want me to return, and I wouldnt return. There are brilliant peptide companies out there. If under the shipping description you put a clear label saying this is for local postal service, I would never have ordered, or did and expected this. If you mentioned additional delivery charges (not duties) on arrival - then I would have a chance to consider. USD200+ in and I feel duped. Its a joke. And customer service - ZERO accountability. Just smiles about how we should be patient and how they mention things in their tiny terms and conditions page. This does not instill trust. Own it. Unless you are happy with this being your customer experience.

I recently fractured my sternum from a car accident and was recommended to use lvlup's peptides to hasten recovery. Massive difference in my recovery before and after taking them!I was told recovery would take 6 weeks and would need to be medicated for at least 4 as the sternum is the thickest bone and will take time to heal. I took BCP 157 and AC fragments and was off the pain meds 2 weeks post-accident! Definitely was in a lot of pain but lvlup peptides made recovery so much quicker!
