The 3 stars is benefit of the doubt that the actual product turns out to be good (not even excellent, this is how low the bar is). Three weeks on no sign of it. I should have read the reviews before ordering and paying USD25 Shipping to later be told that in their terms and conditions (you know we all go read the fine print) that they use regular postal service. Meanwhile I order things from the USA all the time, for less money than this (expensive product) often dont pay delivery and still get it in 3-5 days through DHL/UPS etc. Anyway, here's the fun part, it has landed supposedly with our crap local postal service and they are charging me an additional USD15 for DELIVERY - NOT DUTIES - DELIVERY. So USD40 and 3 weeks on.. Its hard to appreciate a product when the product service is so poor. I understand scaling companies sometimes take time to figure things out, but transparency with customers is key if you want me to return, and I wouldnt return. There are brilliant peptide companies out there. If under the shipping description you put a clear label saying this is for local postal service, I would never have ordered, or did and expected this. If you mentioned additional delivery charges (not duties) on arrival - then I would have a chance to consider. USD200+ in and I feel duped. Its a joke. And customer service - ZERO accountability. Just smiles about how we should be patient and how they mention things in their tiny terms and conditions page. This does not instill trust. Own it. Unless you are happy with this being your customer experience.
