19/06 I ordered several items from availability on the website. The next day they wrote that 1 item was missing and offered a replacement. The replacement did not fit for me, but I found another position on the site. It was also not available and we decided to replace it with another one. This is where the communication ended. After almost 2 weeks (13 days), I decided to check the status of the order and did not find the tracking number. Wrote to technical support. The next day they answered to me that they had not yet received 1 item in their warehouse, so they did not send anything.For 2 weeks (!) the store could not contact me and notify me of the delay. If I had been informed about this right away, I would have refused the missing position, since the others were needed quite urgently.After all discuss - order was shipped only 03/07Terrible service!UPD after answer from LVR: The review is not about the product that you suggested changing (offered bartape was in stock)It was about something completely different (Gobik gloves). There was not a word about it at all. But it turned out that all this time you didn’t have them and you were silently waiting for them without notifying me.
