Poor communication and intimidation of expensise

I made an paid an order (JAWGABFAZ) the 3 of May 2024 for an item that should have been available on the 6 of May with an ETA for the 10 of May.As there was no further update on my order for 2 weeks on the 18 of May I checked their website and the item was available but my order was only "confirmed", no shipment was made yet, so I open a controversy on PayPal the 17 of May.At the 18 of May I was contacted by them but by email, not on PayPal. They wrote me that the supplier didn't provide the item I bought (could send me an email a week before and told me so...) and then threaten me of making me pay more if I do not close the controversy on PayPal.Delay can happen, of course, but you need to communicate them to your clients... on the other ends trying to threaten me economically isn't going to work/edit on 20 of May.They refund me in full and quickly, but isn't as decribed in their response.1. Paypal resolution cost are ALWAYS on seller side, anyone can google it and read it, so do not make a fool of me.2. The problem was never reported to me, this is the whole issue. I received zero communication about the incident, only after opening a resolution case I was contacted.3. I asked for a full refund as the item wasn't sent, although on their website was described as "in stock". I have printed a PDF from it so I can prove it. There was no "assumption" of the full refund as in the first email you sent me you wanted to send the item to me this week.4. Still doesn't understand the issue wasn't logistical (the missing shipment) but the lack of communication of the missing shipment. If me, as client, dosn't receive any update from you how can I know there was an issue?My experience was bad overall and this review reflect my experience
