yeah... we didn't get the retro we were promised and also got told that the deal we were offered never existed - I've obviously made it all up and I'm lying about it - for the sake of £1500!!??!!if you sign up, get any deal signed off (maybe in blood!) and get a hard copy and a digital copy because these guys wiggle out of retro/listing payments all the time from what I'm hearing.we're only a small £20k p.a. account so maybe they just don't want the smaller independent customers anymore, who knows....
