My experience with the service was frustrating from the very beginning. Early warning signs included my child's name being misspelled on all documents and the use of 'mom' instead of 'mum' in legal papers. Additionally, it was hard to reach anyone. I requested a phone call with my lawyer, but she consistently overlooked that. I only managed to speak with her twice, despite multiple requests. Currently, I haven't heard from her since December 23rd, which is three weeks ago. Their website is down, the phone lines don't work, and none of my emails have been answered. This service has effectively abandoned me during a complicated custody battle, and I have paid thousands for this. They've actually harmed my position in court.
