Their website is down, the phone lines are unresponsive, and none of my emails have received a reply. This service has effectively abandoned me during a complicated custody dispute, and I have paid thousands for this. They have undermined my position in court.

I would recommend opting for an hourly rate with a different firm rather than a fixed fee with this one.
