My experience with the service was challenging from the outset. Early warning signs included my child's name being misspelled on all documents and the use of 'mom' instead of 'mum' in legal papers. Furthermore, it was difficult to reach anyone. I requested a phone conversation with my lawyer, but she consistently ignored that request. I managed to speak with her only twice, despite numerous attempts. As of now, I haven't heard from her since December 23rd, which is three weeks ago. Their website is down, the phone lines are unresponsive, and none of my emails have received a reply. This service has effectively abandoned me during a complicated custody dispute, and I have paid thousands for this. They have undermined my position in court.
