The airport flagged the situation, leaving me and my children stranded. I had to plead with family for extra funds to get home due to outrageous same-day flight prices. I should have been cautious when the language on the site was in Chinese. Please avoid this service. I ended up spending my son’s 16th birthday stuck at the airport because I chose the cheaper option. Do not make the same mistake. They need to be shut down, and I hope to see them face legal action. I am genuinely distressed. $500 wasted, and they showed no concern for my situation. I couldn’t get a refund because they wanted more personal information from me. Why would I provide more details to a company that scammed me?
