If I could rate this lower, I definitely would. They took my payment and falsely claimed they hadn't received it. With the holidays approaching, I had to rush to purchase another ticket directly from the airline. It was only when I reviewed my ticket dashboard that I discovered I had TWO TICKETS to the same location. They refused to issue a refund for my initial ticket. Terrible customer support and a frustrating website. It's absurd that this business operates.

This service is a SCAM! When I arrived at the airport, there was a stranger listed on my itinerary, and they wanted me to pretend I knew him to board the flight. The airport flagged the situation, leaving me and my children stranded. I had to plead with family for extra funds to get home due to outrageous same-day flight prices. I should have been cautious when the language on the site was in Chinese. Please avoid this service. I ended up spending my son’s 16th birthday stuck at the airport because I chose the cheaper option. Do not make the same mistake. They need to be shut down, and I hope to see them face legal action. I am genuinely distressed. $500 wasted, and they showed no concern for my situation. I couldn’t get a refund because they wanted more personal information from me. Why would I provide more details to a company that scammed me?

Do not trust this service. They should be removed from listings. They charged my card for a ticket, but the airline informed me that a fraudulent card was used for the booking. Despite receiving a confirmation code, it didn’t show up in the airline’s system. When I contacted the airline, I found out the reservation was invalid due to the fraudulent payment. Had I not checked, my trip would have been canceled last minute. Their practices are misleading and could endanger travelers. Completely avoid them. I also canceled my credit card to prevent further fraud.
AVOID THIS WEBSITE!! I would give zero stars if possible. They constantly advertise prices that are mysteriously 'no longer available' once you enter your credit card details. Customer service is terrible! Their AI is not helpful at all. Just steer clear!
The worst experience ever – Be very cautious with this service. I am extremely disappointed and feel the need to warn others. Before booking, I confirmed every detail, including passenger names. Everything looked correct, but the ticket I received had a misspelling that wasn’t shown during booking. Shockingly, they asked me to pay half the ticket price just to correct a simple error. This is outrageous and feels very unfair. Their customer service was unhelpful, slow to respond, and lacked empathy. This experience made me feel like they were trying to extract more money from customers. Whether intentional or not, it seems highly unethical. Based on my experience, I will never use this service again. Please be very careful before booking with them.
