The worst experience ever – Be very cautious with this service. I am extremely disappointed and feel the need to warn others. Before booking, I confirmed every detail, including passenger names. Everything looked correct, but the ticket I received had a misspelling that wasn’t shown during booking. Shockingly, they asked me to pay half the ticket price just to correct a simple error. This is outrageous and feels very unfair. Their customer service was unhelpful, slow to respond, and lacked empathy. This experience made me feel like they were trying to extract more money from customers. Whether intentional or not, it seems highly unethical. Based on my experience, I will never use this service again. Please be very careful before booking with them.
