If I could rate this lower, I definitely would. They took my payment and falsely claimed they hadn't received it. With the holidays approaching, I had to rush to purchase another ticket directly from the airline. It was only when I reviewed my ticket dashboard that I discovered I had TWO TICKETS to the same location. They refused to issue a refund for my initial ticket. Terrible customer support and a frustrating website. It's absurd that this business operates.
