I really question how they are even permitted to operate in this region. There is absolutely no customer service. Like many others, they took my money and disappeared. I can't get my SIM card activated, even though all my documents are valid. No one answers the phone, and the live chat is unresponsive. I've lodged a complaint with the relevant authorities.
