My phone internet hasn't been working for the past 9 days since I left Austria despite having the EU Plus bundle and all I've heard is that it's with the technical team and will be fixed within 24 hours (it's now been 216 hours). No customer service agent has made any effort to actually fix this issue and I've received no updates and each time I contact someone about it they are just as useless as the last person and just give me the same story, I've already one data package expire and no doubt my other will as well without compensation for their failures.If it was possible to give 0 stars I would because this is beyond a joke now. I've explained that I'm traveling to and around Portugal and need my internet for navigation and booking accommodation yet still no urgency to resolve the issue so I'm still stuck trying to find cafes with internet to do the basic thing... never mind the fact that I probably can't contact emergency services if the is an accident.Update: I've just waited another hour speaking with one of their agents and still no progress. Just been told to wait another 24 hours after waiting over 300 hours already. If anyone can suggest legal counsel to help deal with negligent phone companies please feel free to contact me.
