However, there is significant room for improvement, even as a budget provider, but I respect their accountability. Initial Review: I bought a prepaid esim for travel, and it didn’t work. They said the technical team would review it in 24 hours, but I needed it immediately. When I requested a refund, they did not provide proof via email, instead giving me some numbers as a 'refund reference' and told me to call back if I didn’t see a refund in 7 days. Regardless of being the cheapest provider, they should be capable of sending confirmation emails. This lack of standard practice made me feel they were avoiding accountability. I activated the esim while connected to fiber, but it still failed; the issue lies with the sim, not my phone or connection.
