Update: They reached out and acknowledged the frustration caused by the lack of confirmation emails, which I appreciate. I purchased a new esim, and it works well with good coverage in the area. However, there is significant room for improvement, even as a budget provider, but I respect their accountability. Initial Review: I bought a prepaid esim for travel, and it didn’t work. They said the technical team would review it in 24 hours, but I needed it immediately. When I requested a refund, they did not provide proof via email, instead giving me some numbers as a 'refund reference' and told me to call back if I didn’t see a refund in 7 days. Regardless of being the cheapest provider, they should be capable of sending confirmation emails. This lack of standard practice made me feel they were avoiding accountability. I activated the esim while connected to fiber, but it still failed; the issue lies with the sim, not my phone or connection.

Avoid This Service

I attempted multiple times over the course of a year to cancel a bundle after moving out of the area, as their coverage was poor in every country I visited. During a week in another country, I had no data and struggled to reach customer service for help. I ended up having to buy a tourist sim card. After initially canceling my bundle in September 2024, I discovered in October that I was still being charged. I tried again in November and December and finally stopped being charged in January. More than a year has passed since I first attempted to cancel, and I realized they had been continuously charging me. It took me around three hours to finally reach a representative who could assist. The only positive aspect of this experience was one representative who resolved my issue quickly after my lengthy attempts to cancel. Overall, this service is not worth the hassle.

Sim Card Blocked with No Resolution

Since November 24, my sim card has been blocked. I have called and emailed daily, but there has been no solution. The treatment I’ve received has been very disrespectful. After 10 days of discussions, I have paid 244 euros for a year of service with no resolution or refund. Customer support has been unhelpful, merely stating that my case is open. I am unsure if there is a consumer court in my area, but I am exhausted. I cannot change my number until this is resolved due to my payment. This situation has been incredibly frustrating.

Disappointing Experience

My experience has been terrible. The company repeatedly makes mistakes with billing. They double charged me once, promised a refund that never came, and then charged me again. It's simply not worth it. Customer service via email never responds, and phone support is equally unhelpful.
