Since November 24, my sim card has been blocked. I have called and emailed daily, but there has been no solution. The treatment I’ve received has been very disrespectful. After 10 days of discussions, I have paid 244 euros for a year of service with no resolution or refund. Customer support has been unhelpful, merely stating that my case is open. I am unsure if there is a consumer court in my area, but I am exhausted. I cannot change my number until this is resolved due to my payment. This situation has been incredibly frustrating.
