I attempted multiple times over the course of a year to cancel a bundle after moving out of the area, as their coverage was poor in every country I visited. During a week in another country, I had no data and struggled to reach customer service for help. I ended up having to buy a tourist sim card. After initially canceling my bundle in September 2024, I discovered in October that I was still being charged. I tried again in November and December and finally stopped being charged in January. More than a year has passed since I first attempted to cancel, and I realized they had been continuously charging me. It took me around three hours to finally reach a representative who could assist. The only positive aspect of this experience was one representative who resolved my issue quickly after my lengthy attempts to cancel. Overall, this service is not worth the hassle.
