Hello, So the situation : 2025.08.19 Went to the shop and bought the prepaid card, tried for 15 euros. Inserted the SIM, says no signal. went to register online, wrote the PUK code, ICCID last 4 digits, clicked activate, and red letters appeared "Your SIM is blocked". Wrote an email describing the situation - no answer for 3 weeks + So I finally needed the number, which became top priority, called the customer support, only for them to say that the SIM has expired. Like what? I just bought it at the shop. I am currently abroad, they can't send a new one, they can't reimburse, and they say if you have the recipe, you can go to the shop, explain the situation, and exchange it, like I keep the recipe for such cases.Do NOT recommend.
