Disconnects your plan and doesn’t reply emails.They sold me double subscription on the same phone number and only gave money back for one of the months it happened, not both. Then they change my ability to pay using PayPal with no warning and makes it impossible for me to use my plan, when I write them to reactivate it, they don’t reply. My phone is not even able to have other subscription plans anymore, so I have no working phone, and my work depends on having a phone where I can at anytime of the day be contacted
