So I left a review back in December 2025, where I said that it did work well, but the support was nonexistent. Time to change that.
It doesn't work that well.
There are regular issues with the network not working in an area of a city where no other provider has issues. In addition to that, one of the issues I had in December still isn't resolved, despite multiple responses from the support - usually providing irrelevant answers.
No - your answer to "not put the number online" won't work when I'm already getting the spam texts, and I can't block them. No, I can't remove the eSIM to "clean it."
I've asked for it to be escalated to a formal complaint twice, but no such action has been taken, and it's becoming a real problem.
Even better? I asked the cost to move away - bearing in mind, they can't do the bare minimum of support, the data connection works maybe 4% of the time, and I regularly have calls that won't connect and messages that won't send.
Haven't heard back yet. But they can text me every time they get the bill payment. What a surprise (not.)
Ombudsman time, I guess.
