Scam of a company. AVOID LIKE THE PLACUE
Took out a monthly contract cancellable at any time. There is no way to cancel over online, purposefully disabled this so it’s harder for people to cancel. Okay cool, fine. I call wait an hour, no response. I email and live chat NO response. I sent 10+ emails, and no response but automated chasers for payment for a service I’m trying to cancel keep coming. Called my credit card company to block payments as there is NO OTHER WAY.
I post a previous review on trustpilot saying this and complaining about issues and I get a response on the review saying the generic we’re sorry please email this email address so we can discuss further. Guess what happened when I emailed…..NO RESPONSE. Automated responses now threatening to report me to credit agencies when I’ve sent them 10+ emails to cancel my contract, disgusting.
Absolutely joke of a company and no one should consider using them.
