Every month they say they cannot collect my payment. Have tried to change my payment method on numerous occasions but just get the on screen message "Pending in payment notification". Have spoken to customer service 5 times without any fix. Have also sent them emails with a screenshot of the problem and no one has bothered to reply. Cannot understand the people you talk to and get no help whatsoever. Worst mobile company to deal with, even worse than EE so that's saying something.
