I want to share my frustrating experience with the company's customer support and refund process. On September 23, 2025, I followed specific instructions to top up 10 euros during a SIM transfer, assured of a refund after completion. However, despite numerous follow-ups, the refund has not been processed. I only receive vague responses stating it's 'in progress' without a timeline or resolution. This situation is unacceptable, as it violates consumer protection laws. I recommend avoiding this company unless you're willing to chase them for your money.
