I removed my card from the app and visited the website to cancel everything, yet they still deduct 9.99€ from my account every month without justification. I attempted to reach out for assistance but received no response. Avoid this if you want to prevent being scammed.

However, despite numerous follow-ups, the refund has not been processed. I only receive vague responses stating it's 'in progress' without a timeline or resolution. This situation is unacceptable, as it violates consumer protection laws. I recommend avoiding this company unless you're willing to chase them for your money.
