This Mobile service in Germany has to be most pathetic, careless and ignorant services of all. I have requested for a Port-in request from another provider thinking Lyca has better offers. Guess what? The port-in request was made more than a month ago and I haven't received a single update from Lyca till date. Every single time when I call the customer care and ask for the update they Just mention that they did not receive any feedback from the Backend office. I am starting to realise their back office might be in another planet and poor guys they are trying hard to contact them. This service provider is an absolute Joke, Don't opt for this network unless you want to stress yourself to get your stuff done.
