One of the wort sim that I used in my entire life. I top up 150 dkk last of the September. Then at 22nd October I tried to purchase a bundle with my balance. Then I spent 5-10 min on the lyca app cause it was kind of difficult for me cause I was new with this interference/app. Then my parents called I just received their call.I was little bit shocked cause bundle plan was already over but still I received the call. After that I enter again to the app and found that the total balance gone.I called and explained all the thing and they said I use Internet that's why the balance they cut from my account. I said argue that I didn't know the policy and that was a misunderstanding. Then they said then wait for 24-48 hours. Then I called after 72 hours they again said me to keep wait. Then after 10 days I called 12 Nov them someone form call center said I going to get back my balance before the evening and my case was approved. But I I didn't get back this. Then I called today, now they are saying I will not get back my balance.That's their service. Very disappointed and frustrating. If there is any option for minus rating then I love to give them. Most of my friends told me not to take their sim. May be that was mistake.
