I signed up for an unlimited plan at €9.75 per month for a year as part of a promotional offer. When I had insufficient funds in my bank account, I contacted customer support as advised. They informed me that I could no longer keep the €9.75 rate and had to switch to the standard plan. They claimed this was in the terms and conditions, which I couldn't find. I had the funds available and called them the same day. Now they are asking for a higher payment. It's ridiculous; I switched plans a month ago, and it looks like I’ll have to revert and leave the service.
