The offer is extremely misleading. Once you exceed 100GB, your speed is reduced to 150KB per second, which is practically useless. This information is clearly buried in the Terms and Conditions. I strongly advise against engaging with this deceptive company.

They informed me that I could no longer keep the €9.75 rate and needed to switch to the standard plan. They claimed this was in the terms and conditions, which I couldn't find. I had the funds available and reached out to them the same day. Now they demand a higher payment. It's absurd; I switched plans a month ago, and it seems I’ll have to revert and leave the service.

I had a chat today with a representative named Rian. He was very helpful, kind, and explained everything I needed to do to port my number and resolve other issues. He was patient with all my questions. Thank you! The waiting time was a bit long, but the service was satisfactory.
I am not a customer of the service, but even when buying a top-up for someone else, there was no proper communication, and they automatically took money without email confirmation. When checking my bank account, I noticed transactions I was unaware of!
I got their eSIM just over a month ago and transferred my number to them, which I now regret. If you transfer your number, ensure you order a SIM card and register it on their website. I missed these steps despite being tech-savvy. After restarting my phone due to connection issues, I lost my eSIM and number permanently. My iCloud and all accounts were tied to that number. I called customer service multiple times, but they couldn't help me recover my number. They asked for the 8 most-called numbers, which I couldn't provide without a working phone. I eventually gave up, got a new number from my old provider, and now I'm waiting for my iCloud to transfer. The call center staff were mostly nice, but some were a bit rude. If you're considering this provider long-term, I advise against it.
