I got their eSIM just over a month ago and transferred my number to them, which I now regret. If you transfer your number, ensure you order a SIM card and register it on their website. I missed these steps despite being tech-savvy. After restarting my phone due to connection issues, I lost my eSIM and number permanently. My iCloud and all accounts were tied to that number. I called customer service multiple times, but they couldn't help me recover my number. They asked for the 8 most-called numbers, which I couldn't provide without a working phone. I eventually gave up, got a new number from my old provider, and now I'm waiting for my iCloud to transfer. The call center staff were mostly nice, but some were a bit rude. If you're considering this provider long-term, I advise against it.
