I signed up for an unlimited plan at €9.75 per month for a year, taking advantage of a promotional offer. When I had no funds, I was advised to contact support. They informed me that I could no longer keep the €9.75 rate and needed to switch to the standard plan. They claimed this was in the terms and conditions, which I couldn't find. I had the funds available and reached out to them the same day. Now they demand a higher payment. It's absurd; I switched plans a month ago, and it seems I’ll have to revert and leave the service.
