Yesterday I bought an esim in Italy with the Silver Italy package. I received the QR code and I manage to install it and in the email they said that once installed it is activated. The problem is that it is not working, I didn’t even receive my phone number. I restarted my phone, reset the network settings and nothing worked. I called the customer service for several times and they couldn’t help me but say call again and an other operator is gonna answer and tell you what to do. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone as you are losing your time and money.
