Getting in touch with a support agent for the Italian side is like pulling teeth. 6hrs later, I spoke with one to get my Esim repartitioned because I deleted it before activating (my fault.) Well, they disconnected and did not send me a new QR code. The next agent told me I have to buy new service?? I just want a new QR code sent so I can set this service up for family traveling abroad. I have never seen worse customer service.
