I was having a problem with my sim card which I bought in Rome with the Lyca Globe Power package. On arrival in Spain, the sim card couldn't connect to any of the local networks for roaming service.I decided to contact the customer service and Titus with employee ID 38592 guided me patiently through the manual configuration of my phone to connect to a network.
