Two Australian tourists brought 100gb 30 day sims, as soon as we arrived at Heathrow airport. worked amazing for about 14 days then completely shuts off, both of us experienced this only a couple days apart. Their customer service numbers, email and live chats are not even reachable after multiple attempts. As two girls travelling overseas without a useful phone is extremely unsafe. Super disappointed.
