Being a customer has been quite frustrating. My SIM card was damaged, and I attempted to swap my number online. Now, I can't make calls, and customer service claims my number doesn't exist, even though I've had it for seven years. It's quite disappointing. Customer service mentioned that the SIM swap option was disabled online, but I was still able to access it. Only an admin can resolve this issue, and there's no way to escalate it. I'm considering legal action due to the service I've received.
