One star is still too much. For over a month I’m trying to understand why Lyca is sending me payment reminders as I don’t have any running subscription. They don’t reply to the emails and on the phone they are switching me to non existent team that never picks up. Stay away, the cost of resolving issues with their incompetent customer support is much higher than paying a bit more with more reliable provider.
This is possibly the worst service quality and customer relations available. If you're looking to spend money on services that you won't receive, and a provider that shows no interest in resolving your issues, then this is the option for you! For serious customers, steer clear of this company at all costs. It's worth paying more for a different provider that genuinely cares about its customers by delivering the services you pay for!

Who can I turn to for assistance? I strongly advise considering all options before switching to this service.
