I had bought a prepaid SIM card from Lyca. On their website, I never ticked the box to save my payment details. However, conveniently (!), Lyca DID save my card information for me (very thoughtful) and has been charging me for 2 months (15€ each time) without my knowledge, nor my consent! I never received an email reminding me that I was still being charged. Is this even legal? How does this fit the GDPR?Pure scam! Since I did not make use of any service offered by you for these two months, I want my money back! Thank you...
