On 2025-05-30 I purchased an eSIM card with the Lyca Boss plan for €5. Upon arriving in Madeira, the card did not register, the phone shows "unknown number", there is no data connection, no internet, nothing works. I managed to find out the card number, but that didn’t help. Support is not responding to emails, and I do not intend to call. Only automated replies for emais. Lycamobile service is a disaster. Stay away from them—you’ll just lose your money and never get the service.P.S. I received a refund for the unused eSIM. Thank you!
