For a few weeks now, I can't contact any customer service, and no one is replying to my emails. My subscription was automatically set to auto-renew, and I can't stop it. Their app does not work for eSIM, and so I can't change the auto-renew by myself. The internet otherwise worked well in Portugal, apart from minor outages.
