Terrible service. Don’t respond to emails to customer service - that is if you can actually email them (mailbox is often full). Chat doesn’t work and spent numerous hours trying to get in touch by phone only for it to get cut off. 🤬After posting this Lyca responded to myReview so I emailed them via emailAddress ontheir comment. Over a week in and still nothing… that says it all really!!’n
