I bought an eSim because i needed data for my trip, I paid 10€, recieved an email with confirmation, but the QR code in the email wasn't appearing, neither did any link. I mailed customer service - 24 hours and no response. I called customer support, explained the problem and the lady said my case is "high priority" and will be solved withing 24 hours. Nothing changed, didn't get an email with the code or any response, even though i called again to inform I haven't recieved anything. Data was supposed to be for 30 days, here passed 2 of them without an access to the eSim. Really hard to get in touch with anyone in this company. You have my reference number dear company, I hope my problem will get solved and I can enjoy all of my 30 days of data.
