The agent Maximiano Gomes was friendly and solved my question. Lycamobile itself is a bit different. They change their prices frequently without any warning, always to the disadvantage of their customers. When I bought my sim card, they gave me 10 000 free minutes for calls to other lyca customers. Suddenly after four weeks, when I had around 9 970min left over, they cancelled the free minutes without any warning. So be careful, thei promises cannot be trusted!
