2 August 2024: Issue finally resolved by Naveen from Lyca Trustpilot reviewer. It took me c.50 emails over 10 months, forty of which were ignored, to get this sorted. Thanks for Naveen who acted swiftly: Lyca are lucky to have you. I have updated my rating (from 0 star to 3 stars).--16 July 2024: they finally replied that they could only add credit to a Lyca prepaid mobile, which I don't have (not least because I never received their sim card). I said that this was not acceptable and asked for an alternative solution (i.e. refund). --15 July 2024: still no update - Lyca PT really are rubbish-update 11 July 2024: still no news from Lyca. The wait goes on and on ... --update 8 July 2024: no more news from Lyca PT. The wait goes on and on...--update 5 July 2024: I received an email from Naveen (Trustpilot reviewer) yesterday to which I replied swiftly.
