Process is complicated but Mr. Joāo Teixera was incredibly patient & kind with me as we went thru all the steps, despite my spotty internet connection and the fact I then had 2-step verification on, at the end with a different mobile number so in the end I couldn't pay.However, this is NOT THE FAULT OF LYCA MOBILE, and I APPRECIATE the fact that I COULD TALK TO A REAL PERSON who was very helpful & knew the technical side of things very well and was happy to verify things with his supervisor.Note: I come from Canada & had a terrible experience with KOODO (owned by TELUS) - it's practically impossible to speak to an agent. This seems all the more remarkable to me because Lyca Mobile is a low-cost cell phone provider, has very few physical stores, and I am Pay-As-You-Go with Lyca Mobile - we do not have a contract, but they treated me with the utmost respect & consideration.
